Great coffee begins at India’s finest coffee-growing regions, as we source specialty-grade beans with distinctive sensory characteristics. At Sarāca, we believe exceptional coffee should be approachable, not intimidating or reserved for special occasions.
Every batch is small-batch roasted using carefully developed roast profiles. We then put every batch through cupping - the coffee industry’s structured method of tasting and evaluating coffee. We assess its sensory profile, including aroma (how it smells), body (how it feels in your mouth), and aftertaste (the flavours that linger), alongside ten quality attributes.
Our promise is simple: if a batch doesn’t meet our standards, it doesn’t ship. No exceptions.
